De Pere WNAXLP INVITATION TO BID The De Pere Housing Authority will receive sealed bids until 11:00 AM, local time, on January 31, 2025, at the De Pere Housing Authority at 850 Morning Glory Lane, De Pere, Wisconsin 54115. Work in general shall consist of the following work items: BASE BID 1 Work to include removing existing garage building and foundation, and replacing with new wood frame garage/storage building, slab on grade floor, concrete foundation, wood roof truss and deck, fiberglass shingles, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, electrical. All work is to be Bid thru a single Prime Contract. Failure to do so may be the cause for rejection of bid. Copies of the above-mentioned forms are in the specification book. Bidders shall also include bid letters regarding minority participation and Section 3 requirements as outlined in the specification book.
