STATE OF WISCONSIN, CITY OF WEYAUWEGA, WAUPACA COUNTY Ordinance 2025-1 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 95-11 SALARIES, OF THE CITY OF WEYAUWEGA CODE OF ORDINANCES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEYAUWEGA, WAUPACA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Chapter 95-11 Salaries is hereby amended to read as follows: B. Establishment of salaries for elected officials. (1) The salary of the Mayor of the City of Weyauwega is hereby fixed at the sum of $500 per month, meetings included. If a City Administrator is hired in the future, the Mayor’s pay would need to be reviewed. (2) The salary of each Alderperson of the City is hereby fixed at the sum of $1,000 per year. The salary shall be paid in monthly installments based on attendance at Council meetings. (3) Alderpersons attending committee meetings held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month shall receive a $80 per-diem per day. Meetings attended by Alderpersons held on a different day shall receive $25 per meeting. SECTION 2: Ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publishing as provided by law.
