Meissner AIA, LLC on behalf of the Clintonville Housing Authority by 3:00 pm, Thursday, July 11, 2024. Email or mail delivery of proposals is acceptable. (Email and mail addresses below) The work consists of the provision of: - New Entry Controller New Entry door access control devices Proposals will be accepted as a lump sum for all the proposed work noted. All supplies and materials to be delivered to the site and the labor provided to install the materials for the project items noted. Proposals will be accepted for the Project on individual company letterhead. Prices are to be broken down by Unit prices of each item requested. The successful proposal will be determined based upon the highest point ranking with the following criteria: experience with similar flooring projects, reference checks, experience working with Davis Bacon wage rates, warranty provisions, schedule to complete the work and all other items equal, review of the lowest responsible, responsive proposal.
