Suamico WNAXLP NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION VILLAGE OF SUAMICO, BROWN COUNTY WI Notice is hereby given that the Suamico Village Board enacted Ordinance 2024-15 on December 16, 2024, an Ordinance amending Chapter §19.06 of the Floodplain District Regarding Nonconforming Uses as follows: Amend Chapter 19.06(1)(b)8.A.(3) Shall be constructed with electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air-conditioning equipment and other service facilities must be elevated to or above the flood protection elevation.
