STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT WASHINGTON COUNTY Notice of Motion and Motion to Change Maintenance IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF Petitioner/Joint Petitioner A JENNIFER MARIE PERKINS 104 LAUREL S WEST BEND, WISCONSIN 53095 -vs- Respondent/Joint Petitioner B KEVIN MICHAEL PERKINS W4018 JANET DRIVE HORICON, WISCONISN 53032 The State of Wisconsin (Child Support Agency) is not a party to this action. Case No. 2019-FA-421 NOTICE OF MOTION TO: KEVIN MICHAEL PERKINS You are notified that at the following date and time: Before The Honorable Julie Maule Washington County Courthouse, Room 3204 484 Rolfs Avenue in West Bend, Wisconsin 53090 December 3 2024 10:30 a.m. or as soon as the matter may be heard. I will be asking the court to change the existing order in this case as indicated below. If you object to this motion, you need to appear and say so. Otherwise, the court may proceed without you and grant the request. You may contact the office of the family court commissioner for written information on modifying and enforcing court orders or judgments. MOTION 1. MODIFY as follows: D. Maintenance (Spousal Support) that is currently $95.77 per MONTH to 2) a new set amount of $TBD per MONTH beginning JULY 1 , 2024. I will be able to provide documentation to the court that supports my request. NOTICE: Both parties must bring a fully completed, dated, and signed Financial Disclosure Statement to court. 2. The court order that I am asking to be modified was dated JULY 8, 2020 . 3. This request is based on the following substantial change in circumstances that have occurred since the entry of the prior court order in this case. B. A child is no longer eligible for child support because the child has reached age 18, or is over 18 but under 19, and is no longer pursuing a course of education leading to a high school diploma or its equivalent. This is a substantial change in circumstances because: Pursuant to the parties' MSA, maintenance would adjust once the kids' graduated from high school and turned 18, both of which have occurred. The parties agreed to adjust maintenance according to guidelines based off of current year's tax calculator at 50% of the net spendable income. The respondent quit paying child support immediately after graduation, but has not paid maintenance. /s/ Attorney Jason D. Baltz Jason D. Baltz 12924 N. Mayville previously held a Mercury Variance and has since come into compliance with the final mercury WQBEL effective October 1, 2024 through source reduction measures. Continued mercury monitoring and a schedule for continued mercury source reduction has been included. Mayville has requested a continuation of the Dissipative Cooling Study conducted in 2019.
