TOWN OF OSCEOLA FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN Legal Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 10, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Osceola Town Hall, W1475 Hwy F, Campbellsport, Wisconsin the Town of Osceola Town Board will be conducting a hearing on the proposed discontinuance of a public way pursuant to Wis. Stat. §
66.1003. The public way proposed to be discontinued is located as follows: Part of First Street, Seifert’s Plat of Round Lake, being part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 27, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 27, thence South 89º-33’-15” East along the south line of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 27, 1295.47 feet; thence North 00º-07’-26” West, 1721.34 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 00º-07’-26” West along the West right-of-way line of First Street, 64.07 feet to a point which is 21 feet more or less from the South shoreline of Kettle Moraine Lake; thence North 65º-46’-42” East along a meander line of the South shoreline of Kettle Moraine Lake; 32.86 feet to a point which is 21 feet more or less from the South shoreline of Kettle Moraine Lake and to a point on the East right-of-way line of First Street; thence South 00º-07’-26” east along said East right-of-way line, 77.49 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 2 of said Seifert’s Plat at Round Lake; thence South 89º-52’-34” West, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.05 acres (2,123 sq. ft.) of land more or less and including all the land lying between the meander line and the South shoreline of Kettle Moraine Lake. A scale map of the land affected can be obtained from the Town Clerk. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
