Algoma WNAXLP Algoma School District’s Notice of Educational Options & State Report Card Accountability We are excited to share that our students in the Algoma School District continue to excel in many areas. We have seen more students take part in dual credit courses offered through NWTC and UW-Green Bay (saving families in tuition costs), student participation in Youth Apprenticeship programs has nearly doubled, and we continue to offer more extracurricular opportunities for students to participate in after school. As a learning community, we are continually looking to seek new ways to connect and engage our students. Our school report card is one resource we use to reflect on our strengths and areas for improvement. On the most recent state report card from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Algoma School District and each school earned the following ratings: • District – Meets Expectations (63.1) • Algoma Elementary School – Meets Expectations (62.2) • Algoma Middle/High School – Meets Expectations (63.5) • Algoma Venture Academy – Meets Expectations (62.4) Complete and detailed copies of Statewide Accountability Report Cards can be found on our website at www.algomawolves.org .
