Main Street, Seymour, WI on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request from Golden Meadow Holdings, LLC to consider approval of the preliminary plat, identified as the Golden Meadow Estates Planned Unit Development, with current zoning of Single-Family Residential and Conditional Use Permit-Multi-Family Residential being rezoned as a Planned Unit Development with Single-Family and Multi-Family Residential units.
