NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING MEETING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 6:30 PM, February 19th, 2025 ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Common Council of the City of New London, Waupaca-Outagamie Counties, Wisconsin, has declared its intention to exercise its power under Wisconsin Statutes 66.60 to levy special assessments upon property abutting the following streets and alleys, for benefits conferred upon such property by the reconstruction of the sanitary laterals within the rights-of-way of the following streets: SANITARY LATERAL & WATER SERVICE LATERAL REHABILITATION: All property fronting upon both sides of Oshkosh Street from the intersection of West Wolf River Avenue to Pershing Street. All corner lots of Oshkosh Street that front an adjoining side street from Pershing Street to Wolf River Avenue. The Engineer’s Report from the City of New London, Waupaca-Outagamie Counties, Wisconsin, showing the location map, estimated cost of improvements and proposed assessments will be on file in the Public Works Office on February 3rd and may be inspected there Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am – 11:30 am. You are further notified that the Common Council will hear all persons interested or their agents or attorneys concerning matters contained in the Preliminary Resolution authorizing such assessment and the Engineer’s Report, at 6:30 P.M. on February 19th, 2025 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in the City of New London, Wisconsin.
