Ashwaubenon WNAXLP EXHIBIT A NOTICE OF ELECTION ASHWAUBENON SCHOOL DISTRICT NOVEMBER 5, 2024 Referendum Details At an election in the Ashwaubenon School District on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the following question will be submitted to a vote of the people: "Shall the Ashwaubenon School District, Brown County, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $950,000 per year for three years, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year and ending with the 2027-2028 school year, for non-recurring purposes consisting of expenses associated with providing student mental health and behavioral supports?" A copy of the entire text of the resolution directing submission of the question set forth above to the electorate and information concerning District boundaries can be obtained from the District Clerk at the School District offices located at 1055 Griffiths Lane, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Additional Information Acceptable photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles. VOTING BY ABSENTEE BALLOT Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day may request to vote an absentee ballot. A qualified elector is any U.S. citizen, who will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day, who has resided in the ward or municipality where he or she wishes to vote for at least 28 consecutive days before the election. The elector must also be registered in order to receive an absentee ballot. Proof of identification must be provided before an absentee ballot may be issued.
