De Pere WNAXLP Notice of Pending Application for Proposed Intake Outfall structure Richard and Claire Horak, 807 N Broadway St, De Pere, WI 54115 have applied to the Department of Natural Resources for a permit to construct an outfall structure on the Fox River. The project is located in NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 22 Township 23N, Range 20E located in City of De Pere, Brown County. This is a City of De Pere project. The project proposes a 43” x 68” diameter outfall onto stone riprap, with the purpose of relay water from a storm sewer pipeline. The Department will review the proposal provided by the applicant and any information from public comments and the public informational hearing. The Department will determine whether the proposal complies with ss. 1.11, 30.12 or 281.36, and 30.208, Wis. Stats. The Department has made a tentative determination that it will issue the permit for the proposed activity.
